• You manage projects across all phases — from kick-off to conception, implementation and testing to rollout, go-live and the hypercare phase.
• You plan and manage milestones, resources, dependencies and priorities in a structured and pragmatic way.
• You ensure transparent status, risk and escalation management and actively manage critical issues.
• You are responsible for budget and cost control, including forecasts and variance analyses.
• You moderate meetings, workshops and steering appointments and prepare well-founded decision-making bases for relevant stakeholders.
• You ensure the quality of project work — including in terms of approvals, documentation, testing and go-live readiness.
• You will support change processes in the project, in particular with regard to communication, training planning, adoption and rollout.
• You coordinate external stakeholders such as customer teams, software and implementation partners, and other service providers.
• In doing so, you always keep an eye on the specific process and quality requirements of the healthcare system.

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, for example in digitization, organizational, process or IT-related projects
• Completed studies, e.g. in (business) informatics, business administration, health management, health economics, supply chain management or a comparable area
• Very good communication, moderation and stakeholder management skills
• A structured, independent way of working as well as distinctive time and priority management
• Good analytical and conceptual skills
• Safe use of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel, as well as a high affinity for digital topics
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
• Industry knowledge in the healthcare sector (in the home care or medical home environment) desirable
• Ideally experience with ERP or system implementations, e.g. with Microsoft Business Central or Odoo
• First practical experience in using AI-based tools, for example for analyses, documentation or process support
