Everything about the process

Before and during the M Assist GmbH event, in cooperation with M Assist GmbH, it must always be ensured that there are no violations of antitrust law.

Before the event ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀

The event agenda and documents must not contain topics relevant to antitrust law, such as prices or the like.
Information about the distribution of areas or the care of patients must not be discussed.

During the event

Limit discussions to specified agenda items.
M Assist GmbH will prepare a protocol which will record the results of the event.
If content questionable under antitrust law is mentioned, it should be immediately pointed out that these topics may not be discussed. Interrupt the event until it is certain that there has been no antitrust violation. If the discussion continues, raise an objection, suspend the event, or leave the room. Every action taken is recorded in the minutes.
Report any such incidents directly to the management of M Assist GmbH Michael Messner and the management of your company.

After the event

The result report is written concretely and concisely.

The following is avoided

In the case of competition status between companies, their employees are not allowed to exchange information on the following topics, conduct both formal and informal discussions, and make arrangements.

Prices

Individual sales and payment conditions, discounts, credits and credit agreements.
Pricing, differences, and strategies.

Spatial and customer-oriented distribution of markets or sources of supply.
Collaboration and relationships with suppliers and customers.
Exclusion of customers, competitors and suppliers.
Individual companies' intentions with regard to technology, investments, design, production, marketing and sales for specific products.

Individual production & sales costs, method of cost calculations, product-related figures on procurement costs, production, inventories, sales, etc.
Change in production.
