Office manager (human)

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking on classic assistant and office management tasks in day-to-day business
  • Travel management including planning, booking and travel expense reporting
  • Scheduling, coordination and monitoring as well as deadline control
  • Customer and supplier correspondence
  • Preparatory bookkeeping and assistance with financial statements activities
  • Support for cross-departmental procedures and processes
  • Preparation of decision templates, minutes and presentations
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Assistance with quotation preparation, reports, protocols and invoicing
  • Preparation, organization and support of customer meetings and customer events
  • Active participation in the development of our organization
  • Ensuring a smooth internal flow of information and professional communication with business partners
  • Administrative activities such as maintaining the filing system and managing managing director's documents

In short: You ensure that our consultants can concentrate on their work because you keep the organizational framework reliable.

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or verifiable relevant professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as a secure use of digital tools
  • Good written and spoken German skills; English language skills are an advantage
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high organizational standards
  • Commitment, flexibility and joy in taking on responsibility in day-to-day business
  • You enjoy working in a full-time position with clear structures, fixed contacts and regular working hours from Monday to Friday
