The anni.care platform created in 2022 by the three founders Shane Füller, Valentin Kronreif and Thomas Seidl rethinks the supply of medical supplies in a new and innovative way. anni.care provides easy access to suitable tools via local medical supply stores and, with anni.care connect, launched in 2024, offers a patient experience platform that offers rapid, centralized and digital customer care for medical supply stores.
As part of a start-up consultation, M Assist supported the founders of anni.care in their ambitious project to set up the online platform. anni.care has established itself as a central point of contact in the aid market and offers a variety of effective tools. For example, the first CoPilot based on artificial intelligence for the aid market with access to real-time data from the GKV aid directory is integrated into the platform. Integrations with various ERP software are also being implemented step by step.
As part of the project, the M Assist experts, thanks to their many years of industry knowledge and specialist know-how, were able to specifically address our needs when developing anni.care and provide helpful tips for designing tailor-made solutions for the aid market.
We particularly appreciated the collaboration on equal terms and the common understanding of agile work, which enabled flexible and efficient project implementation. M Assist's extensive experience in software development and the introduction of digital solutions in the healthcare sector played a decisive role in implementing the diverse functions of anni.care. We see the “thinking outside the box” mentality of the M Assist experts, who underline their strategic vision and innovative approaches, as a particular added value.
Access to M Assist's broad network in the medical supply and medical supply industry proved to be extremely valuable for us for networking and launching anni.care. Many new collaborations and valuable contacts have emerged as a result.
The successful establishment of anni.care in the aid market shows how, as a management consultancy, we can also effectively support young, aspiring startups in the healthcare sector. This experience shows that trusting cooperation and continuous exchange lead to groundbreaking results. We are excited to see how we can also lead other innovative projects to success together.
