The collaboration between Zuther+Hautmann and M Assist GmbH began at the beginning of 2001. Since then, M Assist has supported the introduction and process improvement of the KUMAVISION ERP system and at the same time supports Zuther+Hautmann as a management consultancy.

The introduction of the ERP system and consulting activities are characterized by regular analyses. Each change was reflected so that, for example, concrete time savings for respective measures became apparent. In some cases, complex system changes, including data exchange with the Group, as well as the takeover of more than 10,000 ongoing supplies of associated ventilators were completed very successfully.

The consulting work is supplemented by periodic process analyses to increase effectiveness. These take place on site twice a year and take a concrete look at the company's current overall strategy. The evaluation of the process analysis leads to the development of specific measures to strategically orient the company for the future. For example, a new warehouse and a sales force app were implemented.

The accessibility of M Assist in collaboration is particularly appreciated, as it is open to all concerns. Questions are worked out and questioned together, and solutions are found. Zuther+Hautmann trusts that M Assist has the ideal solution for each issue. For example, reviews of various solutions, such as warehouse robots and MDE solutions (mobile data collection), are requested in order to be able to make the best possible business decision.

By using the ERP software in accordance with standard processes, Zuther+Hautmann enables an efficient approach with a comparatively small team. As part of our cooperation, we were not only able to successfully support the conversion of the ERP system, but also with other demanding projects, such as moving to the AWS cloud, introducing TransIT and route planning optimization. In addition, an internal ticket system was implemented even against initial resistance, which significantly optimized internal communication. With a business case at the start of each project and a review of it at the end, each project was assessed for its appropriateness.

Thanks to our dedicated support, the company was able to record strong growth with very good profitability, which also led to a change in management. In order to overcome the new challenges, a middle management team was introduced and trained to ensure efficient organization and management. Our successful collaboration covers a wide range of projects and challenges in order to optimally support the company on its dynamic growth path. The integration of new supply areas (LOX = liquid oxygen) and the integration of further locations were also implemented. The optimization of billing processes through Image Link is just one of the desired goals for the future.
